We had an outstanding experience with Denny and Lindsey, our independent appliance repair team, for our GE Café induction double-oven range. They responded much faster than any of the other repair services we contacted and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty electronic board. What really impressed us was their professionalism and dedication — they sourced the part quickly, even ordering an extra panel just in case, and came out in the evening to make sure the repair was completed in time for Christmas. The range is working perfectly now. Denny and Lindsey are a knowledgeable, friendly, and highly capable couple. We couldn’t be more grateful for their prompt help and excellent service. Highly recommend! I would recommend them over anyone else--no question!

Prompt, friendly service at a fair price. Hard to find these days. Called Gray's yesterday and left a message. They called back, arranged a time to come, and came up with a solution to fix my refrigerator all in the same day I called. All with a great attitude and charged a reasonable price. Thank you!

I called and left a message, they got right back with me and came out the same day. Went above and beyond to take care of the issues with my dryer because it was a mess. Cleaned up all the parts that could be salvaged to save me money. Its awesome to know there are still good people out there that have your best interest at heart over their own.
