Simply terrible. Slow. Careless. Poor build quality. When a builder paints your light switches black rather than actually purchasing black switches, you know they are clueless. Wouldn’t let this builder construct a dog house. NOTE: 2 of his 5-star reviews are from his realtor. Like they aren't going to give a 5-star review. Check out 29 Enterprise, another masterpiece of ineptness.

Purchased a new build by Grayson Homes about a year ago and could not be happier with my buy. The quality and design of my home was significantly better than every over option I viewed around the same price point. Mike and his wife Donna are the best. I am a first time home buyer and they have gone above and beyond to support me as a new home owner. Highly recommend

Home assembly is not good The company they had put the home together did not attach the siding to the house so we have to take it back down and put it on right A lot inside the house is coming apart not happy with my overall experience in our new home
