GRB House Cleaning

I had GRB come for cleaning before I moved into my new place. The owner quoted me one hourly price, then when I told her there had been some work done she quoted me a higher price stating the price was higher for "post construction" cleaning. I explained it was only 2-weeks of mild work, such as painting and a bathroom repair. She said the price is higher because they need to do more detail and "clean the vents" etc... I again tried to tell her it was very limited work, and if the work was that much harder, they would be compensated by the increase in time it would take, since they charged by the hour. I really love how cost affordable they are and they had these two lovely ladies, Mariela & Carmen , that went over and beyond with the cleaning. Ceci and her crew have been cleaning my house bi-weekly for a couple years now. They are always awesome and professional. They do a great job and are very consistent and thorough. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Ci Ci and her crew do. They do the most thorough job, when they leave, it's like I'm in a new home. And they are some of the most respectful people I've met. They're kind, honest, and leave your house spotless. Ci Ci, the manager, is a gem. Before they leave, she always walks the entire house to make sure everything's clean.
