Raise the price stopped cleaning the filters and couldn’t take the time to wipe out the return air

Used them for a few years. First few times there was issues with cleaning up and not leaving a mess. And properly cleaning in general. Office reached out to provide post pictures to ensure better accountability. After multiple discussions on quality it was tightened up. (Not a ton of hood cleaning companies available and we understand mistakes do occur). All seemed well and business relationship grew. However, per usual, after the last cleaning they left their invoice. The next morning the manager text me and says, “hey Alex toss that invoice I put one in the mail”. I asked why. We have used Grease Stop for years, never had an issue. This past cleaning, one of their employees assembled and helped themselves to a soda from our soda dispenser. We provided the company with photos as well as videos of this and the office was apathetic to this employee’s behavior. A company that doesn’t care when their employees steal from a customer is a company we no longer do business with. I highly encourage you to ask them about their employee stealing policy before you decide to hire Grease Stop for anything.
