One of the worst experiences with a company I’ve ever had. Next to no communication with management when it wasn’t about collecting money for the job. Of which they claimed I owed $600 more than what I made a 50% down payment on initially due to measurement errors they never provided me proof for, then conveniently “forgave” as I paid the second half once the job was “completed”. Only a few weeks later we have pieces coming off in our kitchen and bathroom (pictured below) and this is after multiple visits they scheduled as “repairs”. In actuality we were left with unfinished flooring downstairs and unfinished carpet upstairs not even allowing us to use our upstairs bathroom through Christmas while we had family visiting. I called to ask how fast they could get carpet installed into my house and the guy hung up on me. I called back and he did the same thing. Awful service

I just had Kardean flooring installed and I am so happy with the final result. It looks great! So much of an improvement over the carpet I had. Shout out to Greg for the exceptional customer service. He brought sample pieces to my house to help me decide on a color. When the color I selected was on back order for four months, he sent more samples for me to choose from and gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience. I got better flooring for the same price. The guys that did the installation, Bucky and his helper (sorry, I didn’t get the other installers name), they were great to work with and did an outstanding job. My floors look flawless. They cleaned up everything and moved all of my furniture back where I wanted it. Great crew! All around exceptional experience and I would highly recomme

HORRIBLE "CONTRACTORS" AND SUBSTANDARD WORKMANSHIP. THEY DID SUCH A TERRIBLE JOB THAT I HAD TO REMOVE THE DRYWALL THEY INSTALLED AND ENDED UP FINDING THAT THEY DUCT TAPED LIVE WIRES BEHIND MY WALL (SEE PICS). MY WHOLE FAMILY COULD HAVE DIED FROM AN ELECTRICAL FIRE. EITHER DO IT YOURSELF OR HIRE A QUALITY PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU CAN. IF THEY REPLY TO THIS POST AND DENY EVERYTHING JUST KNOW THAT THEY'RE LYING.

They are the kindest most professional people to conduct business with! They have a lot of knowledge about their products and helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our new home. We will definitely use them again in the future.
