Very unsatisfied and unprofessional experience. MIKE the owner what he called his foreman come out to provide what I understood to be a quote. Instead, I was charged $450 for what he later called an “emergency repair,” despite the work taking approximately 15 minutes. When I requested an itemized bill with material and labor costs, he refused to provide one. He then threatened to place a lien on my home, even though I never signed a contract or authorized emergency work. Communication was poor, questions were not answered in a timely manner, and the situation felt retaliatory after I chose to move forward with a more reputable company. Can’t even start to describe how happy we are with our roof. This crew was very professional worked hard and take a lot of pride in their work. Mike, the owner is a great guy he is very honest. I highly recommend this company to anybody, that would like a roof well done.
