Great American Soft Wash

Great first experience! The estimator who stopped by initially was informative and knowledgeable (with no hard sell tactics). The two men who performed the work were thorough and effective in removing the “organic matter” from our roof singles, and also did a great job cleaning and sealing our concrete driveway, sidewalk and porch. The price was reasonable. Excellent and reliable company to work with.

Kyle did a great job of soft washing my house and garage. The work was meticulous. Every nook and corner of the trim was spotless. Washing was gentle on the siding and roof tiles - no damage; just spotlessly clean surfaces. Response was very fast when I made the initial inquiry and the work was completed on time as scheduled. Great American Soft Wash has been easy to work with; scheduling and coordinating the arrival and job completion. Kyle arrived and went right to work. He was available and open to questions; cordial and professional. The job was completed and the house looks great! The only detraction from gaining a 5-star review is we found a few places that required further rinsing to remove small spots of residue from the cleaner. This is a minor issue for sure. I would hire them again next time.
