It's never pleasant to find yourself in the middle of a 108 degree Bakersfield summer day with a suddenly not working AC unit, but that's exactly what happened to me last week. We called Great Dane for a second opinion after we were told by a competitor that we needed a full re-duct. Great Dane came out and took actual pictures and video of the issues and fixed them for less than 5% of my original quote. They were super honest and thorough. Amazing service. We moved to our house two years ago and Julio had been serving the unit with the previous own and we decided to use him as well to keep serving the unit for its maintenance.
