Great Floors

We've used Great Floors for several small projects and have always had a good experience. Most recently, Chris T helped us with flooring for our kitchen. Chris was super helpful in getting us what we were after and his construction background was also appreciated. He's a great guy. The installation was top-notch. Great Floors has done large and small flooring projects for us for almost 20 years! They are always professional, have excellent prices and lots of products to choose from. I just had them do a Marmoleum flooring install. Chris was the sales rep - he was very helpful and coordinated all the logistics. The installer, Sergey, was excellent! He was meticulous and was accommodating with a last minute scheduling change. I highly recommend Great Floors.

We went through Mike Peetoom at the Bellingham Great Floors. Absolutely top notch service! We replaced our countertops and backsplash. He handled everything for us, communicated well and made sure everything was done to our liking. It was seamless and timely. We are so grateful!

I had an overall great experience! I went into the store & was instantly greeted by Scott, who showed me their selection of carpets (without any type of 'salesman' pressure). He provided some initial quotes based on my measurements and the prices were reasonable for what I needed. Next day, had another rep come out to measure the room & received an exact quote later that day for two of my selections. Scott worked with me after hours to do some price comparisons & ultimately schedule an installation date. The carpet was installed by Dave, who was very friendly and efficient. The carpet and room look fantastic! I will be returning soon to pick out some luxury vinyl. :)
