Professional and zero pressure sales. Matt was fantastic to work with, he walked us through all of the different options and the benefits of each. They came on site for accurate measurements before the quote. Install was a breeze and our technician took extra care to custom fit all of the weird nooks and crannies in the basement of our 1930s house. Made new carpet one of the easiest parts of our remodel!

We purchased LVT and quartz countertops for our master suite remodel. All of their staff was wonderful, salesman and installers. The results were beautiful.

We have been using Great Floors for all of our flooring, tile and countertop needs for our rentals. Always a great price solid installation and working with Brett has always been a pleasure. We will continue using great floors for our rentals!

I had a tile floor installed in my laundry room/mud room a few days before May 12, 2021. The job was left incomplete still to date (8/2/2021). The transition to our hallway had the underlay board still visible and no transition was installed. Our stairway to our mud room was left with large holes and again the underlay board visible. This is the type of work they call complete. I have communicated on numerous occasions about how I am unsatisfied with the work and they still have yet to complete the job for three months. I understand some delay due to COVID, but three months is far too long for an hour of work left. The portions that were tiled were decent, but the attention to detail is lacking, communication is poor and they do not care to follow up with unsatisfied customers. I have got

Ordered roll linoleum to replace carpet that was in our house. First time doing something like this. Tried to do our due diligence and research who we went with. Pulled up our own carpet trying to save a bit because this was a big deal for us. Bottom line Am I happy with the product we received Yes. Am I happy with the install process. No. Would I recommend them to friends and/or family. No Would I go there again. Hard no. Do I regret my purchase. Yes
