I called the store at about 10 AM on a Monday morning to verify if they refill propane tanks and the person that works there told me that yes they do. I drive to the store and get there at about 11 AM only to be told that they cannot do that at this time. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be coming back.

My husband and I had to come here two days in a row to buy vinyl tubing, as we had severely underestimated the amount that we would need for the project we were working on. Both visits were most certainly a 5 star experience. We were greeted immediately as soon as we walked in the door, and every single staff member was so friendly and quick to offer their assistance. We were helped right away with no complaints, and they made sure we had everything we needed before assisting someone else. The staff is also very knowledgeable about whatever it is you may need. Even the cashier was very friendly and polite, and our wait time to check out was almost non-existent. The customer service here is unbeatable. We will most certainly come here again for our next home project! Thank you Great Lakes A

They do not keep their inventory updated with the website and so we wasted 45 minutes. Use a store like Lowes or Home Depot that actually tracks their inventory rather than just lies about what is in stock. They lie about having products to get you in the store and then when you get there they try to sell you something else. Complete scam.

Everyone is so genuinely nice and helpful! They where very busy and all employees worked hard to take care of all customers. It's always a pleasure shopping there. This Ace is truly a hometown full service hardware store!!

Please, please don’t take any weed eaters here for service or repair. I dropped my Stihl weed eater off on May 26th and as of June 25th I’m still waiting. I was told a two week turn around and that didn’t happen. I’ve tried to get information and only one person made the attempt, thanks Mike. They apparently only have one person who can do repairs/service and they let him go to Stihl repair school during the worst time of year for people who need service for Stihl and other products. The management can’t tell me the status of my weed eater. And please don’t expect them to call you for an up date. You drop a product off and it’s like throwing it into a black hole. Extremely disappointed in the store!
