Great Lakes Ace

Before, during, and after the snowstorm I’ve visited Lowe’s, Menards, Home Depot, Walmart, drove from Indy to Carmel, called several places in Noblesville, I couldn’t find one place that wasn’t sold out of shovels. Being somewhat disabled due to surgery on both of my feet, I really needed a clear driveway and sidewalk from my front door. On my way home from being turned away from several places in Carmel, I prayed, and decided to search shovels one more time on Google Maps. This place populated, I called, and the gentleman I spoke to was warm, professional, and put me at ease when he stated they were fully stocked with shovels. I quickly drove there! Super friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked shelves. Expansive grilling section. Could use some variety in the charcoal selection, but other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable place to visit.

What a great experience! Greeted at the door, knowledgeable associates, and follow through on the sale. I had questions answered, the associate learned about my needs in a new grill, and we came up with the best one. The icing on the cake was free assembly and free delivery on my new grill - which I never expected!

Bad. Lawn mower wasn't assembled by Stihl. Guy says it will be done Sunday so I bring it back. Nobody calls me. I come in and talked to Bob. Bob says the mowers don't come w chargers or batteries. I said I ordered it look in the box. He looks in the box and its right there. Then I leave and Bob calls me to tell me he found a fuse in the box and didn't give it to me. Bob reeks of insincerity. I come back again and get the fuse. This place is a mess!

Went there for the first time. I was looking for a cart didn't know were to look. A lady helped me find it. I'm sorry I didn't get here name and she was off for the day. But I like to say a big THANK you for your help!!!
