Great Lakes Carpet & Tile

Pictures are Worth 1000 words.. The flooring from room to room does not match up in it’s positioning, The moldings around the door were cut too high and will now need to be replaced.. The two gentlemen that finished up the installation stated they had 30 years of experience so there’s really no need for this.. unfortunately, in our experience, this poor workmanship is typical of companies in the villages.. i’d like to add that we used Denise as our sales rep, and we had no problem with her, only with the installation.. update- Dec 2nd.. this company has caused well over a $1000 damage to our house. I am trying to convince the owner of the house to file a small claims law suite, but she is an Angel and even though her property has been intentionally damaged, she doesn’t want to do anyth

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Great Lakes more specifically Stuart (my sales rep). He went above and beyond the entire process. From planning and picking our selections to installation. I 10/10 would recommend working with him and we would use him again in a heart beat. Thanks Great Lakes and Stuart for being so helpful and amazing to work with!!

Hello, I have lived in The Villages for 7.5 years and have just purchased another house. I have used Great Lakes Tile and Carpet 5 times. Yesterday they completed my latest installation. My installer was DAVEY SMITH. This gentleman was THE BEST contractor that I have ever used in The Villages - and with 6 properties, I’ve used many. He showed up on time, was very specific on the services he would provide, cleaned up extremely well, and stayed late to get the job done. He worked alone and I can tell you he is THE BEST. Scott

Very professional service to set up an estimate for a 2500 square foot home. Haven't agreed yet waiting on insurance.... The main manager showed up for the estimate measuring brought sample colors. Then they set it up to contact me back with a lot more options and design colors and so forth. Friendly helpful workers. I'd advise others to use they're services
