If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service and professionalism displayed by Patrick, Gina, and Micah and everyone else involved was extraordinary from start to finish. Helped with a unique gate for my existing spiral staircase that matched perfectly. Can’t wait to use them on the next project!

It is a pleasure to write this review detailing our experience with Great Lakes Metal Fabrication. We are building a custom home in northern Michigan, and the design called for a spiral staircase. Unfortunately, our building couldn’t locate a local fabricator that was willing to build the specified design. So, my wife and I took it upon ourselves to do some research. We happened to come across Great Lakes, and, as a bonus, they were located near our existing home in southeast Michigan. I first reached out via email, with some inspiration photos of the design we were looking for. They responded that they could build our design, and invited us in to discuss the details. I got a decorative wire frame for displaying but didn’t like the shelf it came with & removal was proving too tedious for my in house efforts So i gave them a call for my odd little situation and they were able to flawlessly remedy my problem!
