Would never hire this company!!! Their driver thought it would be funny to just about clip me today. Then flipped me off because I wasn’t moving fast enough for them. It’s day 2 of school closures. After they almost clipped me they proceeded to tail gate and weave in and and out of traffic..not the kind of people I want coming to my home servicing anything with their carelessness..

Great lakes came today to replace our water heater. They arrived when they said they would and they did an awesome job. Very respectful, professional, and I would definitely recommend. They were also $1000 cheaper than Lowe’s.

We thought we had an AC issue, and Great Lakes Plumbing confirmed on 7/8 that the AC was working fine but the blower on our 23 year old furnace was toast and was causing the isssues. We appreciated the honesty in the options they proposed. We decided it was time to replace the furnace vs replacing a 23 year old blower, and we received our quote that afternoon. We did our due diligence and did get two more estimates to compare. We determined the Great Lakes Plumbing quote was the best for us and it didn't feel like it was padded with extras (compared to others). We informed them on 7/15 we would like to get scheduled. To our delight (after 10 days of very high temperatures and no AC), they scheduled us for the replacement first thing on 7/16. Within a few hours, we had a new furnace install
