My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Ryan and Great Roofing &Restoration! We brought them in during the inspection period since we knew we needed the roof replaced. Ryan was extremely responsive and quick to come out for the inspection. We had quite a tricky situation with us needing the roof replaced on a short timeline to be able to close. Throughout it all, Ryan was responsive and worked with all applicable parties to ensure our roof was replaced and done with precision. His team of came out and replaced the roof for us in one day! We cannot say enough great things about Joe Konopka and his team! We had a unique problem from a prior contractor-- Joe came and did an inspection-- complete with water testing for the leak, full pictures, arial footage, descriptions, etc, etc. He spent an LOT of time to provide a detailed and thorough inspection, reviewed everything with us, and followed up with copies of the pictures and reports. He was always available for the "random clarification/question" as well! He is genuine and has your best interest in mind to ensure a proper initial job or repair! I am so happy to have found Joe-- he will forever be our go-to guy for anything roofing!

Joe Konopka at Great Roofing and Restoration inspected my roof recently and I highly recommend them! I wish I had known of GR&R when I had my roof replaced in 2020. They did an awesome inspection and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Also there was no cost for the inspection. FYI, the roofer I hired in 2020 couldn't find the time to check out the issue I identified even though the job came with a warranty. Great Roofing and Restoration is who you should contact for all your roofing needs!

Even though we didn’t work together because of price, I really appreciate Joe’s time and professionalism throughout the process.
