Ryan has been doing our hoa for a couple years now, his attention to detail and communication is top notch. Always willing to work with us even when it's been unfavorable.

Ryan and his guys did a terrific job laying rock and removing grass on a block-long strip of our HOA common area. He went out of his way to find the perfect match for the existing rock. Throughout the project he kept in touch and made sure it was done right. If you're gathering bids, be sure to check with Ryan. His price is VERY reasonable and he's 100% dependable.

We used Great Scapes for our landscaping needs and didn't have a great experience. Their monthly pricing is competitive, but they'll nickle and dime you, and upcharge for any services they don't claim fall within their monthly service charge. Be sure to check their services and schedules of how frequently they will cut and trim bushes, and any other additional service outside of their base monthly cost, as once you do that an compare to other companies, a higher monthly service with more services is well worth it. We had issues with our weekly service with our patios not getting maintained, grass drying out, our vines ended up dying, and we had to constantly follow up to make sure things were getting done as needed. Absolutely outstanding! We found Great Scapes to be not only affordable but so easy to work with. They had some incredible ideas and brought our ugly backyard to life! They showed up exactly when they said they were going to and stayed within our budget. Highly recommend!!!

Ryan took on our landscaping project, taking our ideas and turning them into an amazing reality. The artificial turf, water feature, plants, fire pit, and pavers look great.
