Great Scott Moving did an excellent job with our move on Sunday, February 8. The crew arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently throughout the move. Our belongings were handled carefully, everything moved quickly, and there were no issues. This was especially impressive given the unusually cold weather that day (around 20°F in DC). A big plus: they were willing to move on a Sunday, which many moving companies do not offer. The intake form for requesting and bidding on the move was simple, straightforward, and very helpful in setting expectations from the start. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. Highly recommended.

Great Scott Moving exceeded my expectations with my family's move to a new state. From the moment I first reached out, Scott was communicative and put me at ease with such a daunting task ahead. He made every step low-stress. The team was punctual each day of the moving process, and had our stuff moved into the new house within a mere matter of hours. I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough great things about this outstanding local moving company. They have now moved me and members of my family 5 times including just yesterday my elderly parents out of their house and into an apartment. There is an actual Scott behind great Scott and he was amazingly patient and supportive with my mom, and his advice on size of crew was spot on. They turned up exactly on time, they were incredibly efficient, the price was great, they disassembled and reassembled all of the furniture perfectly and took great care of my parents and their things. The move included lots of stairs in the house and a very long carry into the apartment and the guys handled it all very cheerfully and with zero drama. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Used them for my move over Labor Day weekend and they were truly the best! Very communicative and professional. Kept in touch with me at every step of the way and I paid exactly what they quoted me. The guys were super hardworking and kind, and tried their best to get the job done as quickly as possible while not compromising on quality.
