We were about to replace our worn, dirty, and poorly installed carpeting when a neighbor recommended I call Bob at Great Western Carpet Care. We were dubious about having the carpet cleaned again because prior carpet cleaning companies did not make much difference as they did not do carpet repairs. Great Western gave us an estimate and said they could do all the necessary repairs noting that we literally had wrinkles in the carpet posing potential tripping hazards. Bob called the night before they were to arrive and told us the precise time they would start work. They actually showed up early and set to work stretching and cutting the excess carpeting away.
