The company communicates very well. They came to the house and gave an estimate, and once the price and services were agreed to they had me on the schedule one week later. On the day of the service, the technician arrived on time and went right to work. The service was four parts: strip the old sealer, pressure clean, resand, and then seal. The whole process took about six hours. Once complete, I must say my pavers look just about brand new. The driveway is 21 years old and the pavers had lost quite a bit of their color over the years. This process restored the color.. I am very happy.
