Thank you for the wonderful service this morning! The gentleman that came out was very polite. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. He was honest and even was able to give me a quick quote on moving my thermostat for me. I have the subscription plan which saves me money and gives me a free checkup twice a year during the most important seasons. Give them a call! You won't be disappointed.

Came out and diagnosed the issue with our heater (heat pump) not working. Will require a new compressor at the least, will likely opt for new unit given the value and warranty and the age of the old unit. Offered us some suggestions for running our other unit to keep the house somewhat warm during this Ice-apocalypse.

Justin great serviceman. Extremely polite and respectful. He is very detailed with his walk through inside outside and in the attic checking on the A/C unit. We have had service with Greater Air &Heating for a few years after we had previously had unreasonable service men service our A/C. I personally recommend Greater Air & Heating !

The technician was courteous and respectful. He came in and took care of things in a professional manner. I wouldn’t mind having him as a regular technician to take care of our air conditioning and heating.
