Greater Comfort

I have used Greater Comfort for years now. They are restructuring for the BETTER! Alex called me to set up my biannual appointment and was able to work around my schedule!! Jesse called and gave me a “heads up” that he was on his way, giving me a 30minutes and was well within the noted time frame! Jesse was super nice, very informative and most of all professional! He didn’t try to sell me anything ridiculous, infact, gave me some pointers to help save some money! Everyone loves that!!! Thank you Alex and Jesse

I have used Greater Comfort for several years now. They do a great job and I trust that they aren’t just there to sell me something I don’t need. Definitely a company of integrity and Jesse did a great job today! He took his time and showed me parts of the furnace he was testing, etc.. Great Tech!

Jesse Cuffman was an exceptional technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He even noticed that our hot water heater was leaking. I highly recommend Greater Comfort Heating and Cooling. Every technician that we have had has been very good over the last 18 years we have used this company.

I'm a property manager & this company really needs to get it together. They refuse to send invoices explaining the work that was done. 9 times out of 10 I've had to call them out twice because the work they did the first time didn't resolve the problem. They tried to overcharge $360 on one of our accounts & we wouldn't have even noticed had I not called them multiple times & finally got them to send over an invoice. Now they're stating they just don't do invoices. If you want work done smoothly & correctly this is not the place to go!! Very dissatisfied & will not be giving them our business again at this point after multiple tries.

Edited post: To summarize my original review: my furnace went out last Saturday, so I had an on-call contractor come to my house making false promises. To be honest, it was not a great experience, and I still had to pay. BUT, last night and this morning Scott and Zac more than made up for it. They were so nice, helpful, and honest. They reached back out to me after readying my review, and the notes from the original HVAC tech. They acknowledged the original situation was not handled correctly, and both did everything they could to fix my furnace for me today. Originally a 1 star review changed to a 5 star review. Bad experiences can happen and mistakes can happen, but they worked very hard to make up for it when they didn't have to. I have never experienced such honesty and service from
