GHF was an ideal contractor through and through. I sought three quotes, and Adam with GHF was the only one who actually came to my house to see things for himself, talk me through the process, and answer all of my random questions. Rather than the ballpark quotes I got from the other two companies, Adam gave me a fairly precise quote based on his ground truthing. Everything about this job was straightforward, which is exactly what I needed. No alarms, no surprises. When the work began, Giovanni and his crew were punctual, diligent, and very friendly. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. From my perspective, GHF doesn't have such a high rating because they chase five-star reviews. We set a date for the work to be done and he kept in touch throughout the process. His workers arrived on time on that day and were courteous and professional.
