I had a pre-existing system that wasn't running. I called another company first that someone recommended. The guy jerked me around for 3 days. So I called Greco. Jim and his son were fantastic. Showed up the SAME day that I called... Like within 20 minutes. First day he figured out the issues, fixed what he could that day (I needed parts and I wanted the wifi control panel) told me he'd be back Thursday and showed up ON Thursday. Got my entire system up and running. All for a really good price. Just showing up when you say you are really goes a long way. So, I will be using Greco going forward.

ABSOLUTELY do not use Jimmy. He will be friendly and nice for the first visit, and then ghost you indefinitely. After weeks of no answers, I had to use a fake number to get a response, he finally came over, fixed the part that his partner said would be free, and then charged my father-in-law $300 when he happened to show up as Jimmy was finishing. I've known Jimmy for over 10 years and he still screwed us over. Avoid at all costs

We had our sprinklers put in our yard and the Greco team did an amazing job! They got here on time and got the entire front yard, back yard, side of the house, and all the flower beds done in 8 hours!!!! Jim was very good at explaining what the plan was and communicated to us the entire day. He really knew what he was doing and We felt very confident in his expertise. James at the end explained in detail how to use the App and gave us step by step instructions on how to work the system properly. We couldn’t be happier with their service!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had a new system installed before I seeded new dirt. And to say the least I am very happy with the installation. Jim and Mike gave a great competitive price to start. I am very picky about everything and when we went over all the details I was initially happy but wanted to change it up a little. They made all the changes and also educated me along the way. I know they did a great job because all my grass grew with no bare spots. I love the controller they installed and taught me how to use. They even came back to make adjustment to the heads after I regraded the soil over there installation. Highly recommended!
