Greektown Parking Garage

First of all, let me clarify that before parking in this garage, my boyfriend and I tried to find any sign indicating the price and where to pay. We found no information at all. After three hours, before leaving, we looked again to see how much we were supposed to pay and where, and once again there was no information. We left thinking it must be free — yes, very naive on our part, but this was our first time dealing with this type of parking system. Today I opened my email and found out I was charged $30 for three hours of parking, plus a $20 fee. Apparently, if I had paid through the app, I could have avoided this fee — but I didn’t even know there was an app, because there is no information about it anywhere. Do not park here. There is no signage on how to pay for parking and their response to my concern is trying to get rid of my bill all together rather than put signage up. You will get a bill over one month after your visit.

Not affiliated with Greektown casino anymore, than how about taking it off the search Google! No signs indicating parking fees, you just get an inflated invoice in the mail. $35 for 2 hours. What a POS company, I hope you get sued again!

Some levels are blocked for no reason and the garage isn't patrolled well. Homeless people are living there and on a hot day there was a dog left in a van while the owner was gone, had to call police after casino security didn't do anything.

We stopped here because it was right the place we were going. It is very clean and 15.99 all day. Great price easy in and out.
