My experience with Tri City Garage Doors (Greeley Garage Doors) was fantastic. Randy was prompt for our initial meeting and provided me a free estimate quickly after his visit. The estimate was very competitive with others I received. Paying the deposit and final bill was easy. He was quick to respond when I asked questions of him. On the day of installation, Ethan showed up right when I expected. He is a great installer - we had to do a little tear out and replacement of some wood framing, and he did awesome with everything. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Before he left, he met with us and made sure everything worked and that we were satisfied with the work. First photo is before, and second is after. Our service technician was early.. called to confirm, and finished the repairs to the garage door in about 20-30 minutes. He was professional and friendly. Wow - you don't find service like this anymore. Tri City Garage Doors stands behind their work! They installed a garage door for me 3 years ago. Today, something snapped and the garage door wouldn't close. I believe I had a 1 year parts and service warranty, so the fix would be on me. When Noah came out, he found that one spring had broken. He said that should not have happened on such a new door, so they covered the new spring, and I simply paid for the labor, which was more than reasonable. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

This company did a great job. They were able to come out within a couple of work days of giving us an estimate. They gave us a quote that was a lot less than another local vendor and because they have such great reviews, we went with them (Greeley Garage Doors a.k.a. Tri City Garage Doors). They did exactly what they said they would do and our new door looks very nice. Caleb did the install and we were really pleased with his work and how courteous he was. Thank you.
