I had a technician by Name Milton Mariano from your company come out to my house 8/27/25 . To repair my A/C unit he said the capacitor had to be replaced & he was charging us $400.00 to replaced.Which was extremely high price. He had came 2 months ago & charged us $700 for 2pounds of freeont which he did not fill up. It’s so sad how he took advantage of old folks. My A/C not working. Called American Home shield they send professional 2 technicians from Climatech which said this order was $400.00 job & the person who came out never refilled 2pounds freeont.. Just unhappy with the service this man provided.😂😂😂😂😂😂 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Today at 5/10/25 it's 97 degrees and you could feel the heat wave drying up every part of you and I had my insulation done and a new air conditioner done and a new nest installed by these guys about a month ago and I didn't want to write a review until there was a true test to their work. I'm glad that I got these guys to come and do their thing because I essentially had no insulation and even with the a/c, the upstairs would get hot. I hated how my master bedroom duct blew right at our bed so I instructed them to open up a new duct right between the bed and our wall and have it blow down from the ceiling instead of our wall. Mike, the owner did all of my heat and air conditioning, designed the whole system. It was a a complicated project He has maintained it ever since it was installed I’d highly recommend him a very nice person

They did an amazing job installing a heat pump AC for me at a good value. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The installation turned out to be more complicated than expected, but the team problem solved very well and were successful. I also like the digital accounting system. Highly recommend!
