Green City Landscaping Services

Great company! Everyone is super professional and their quality of work is always supreme. I have had numerous landscaping projects done by Green City and I have referred them to my family members and friends.

I was just fired as a customer for making too many requests of this company. The first request was that they edge the beds to form a clear and distinct separation of the spaces. Next, I asked them to blow off the leaves from the sidewalk on the side of my house. Third was to not destroy flowers that were just outside of one of the beds (the flowers were clearly marked with multiple white, plant name markers). And the last was to bypass my house for that week. The reply on the latter was that they cut on a biweekly basis and cannot bypass my house. We have no contract to this, but they refuse to remove their invoice of the last week's "work". Which amounted to a small bit of edging and blowing as I had just sprayed my lawn to kill off all of the spring weeds and that knocks back the growth

They do a decent job, but either my direction to stop the damage being done to my lawn by cutting it too low and scraping up the grass (I asked that the mower be raised many times and it never was) wasn't understood, or they just didn't care. I don't quite know.

This is a horrible company! Do not use them! They damaged my window, my plants and they refuse to fix anything! They were so rude and nasty to me when I asked about repairs. I literally still have glass in front of my window. They did not show up as promised to right their wrongs and have shown no initiative to accommodate me at all. They will always leave your belongings broken or destroyed this company is a distaster!

I'm basing this review on the lack of communication. I spoke with someone who said they would come by to provide an estimate, but they never showed up—and there was no follow-up or explanation. I received no estimate and no service. The person who referred them had nothing but great things to say about their work, and I was really hoping to have that same experience. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
