I hired Maria to do a deep cleaning before my renters moved in. I was explicit that it was a moving clean and not a traditional cleaning like she had done in the past. She agreed she could come wed before my renters moved in. The day before and the morning of I tried to contact her with no response. Finally she responded and said she was coming at 1:00. Then she texted at 1:33 to say she was running late at another home and would be there at 3. Then at 3:47 I texted to ask her progress and she said she was 15 mins away.
