Green Elite Carpet Cleaning And Upholstery

Had a wonderful experience with Green Elite who responded quickly and came out the next day to save my white wool area rug. I was convinced I ruined it by using too many cleaning products to try get out a stain from strawberry jam. I got the strawberry stain out but created an another problem by using too many aggressive chemicals that left big yellow circles. Luckily Green Elite was able to save my favorite rug and you'd never know there was ever an issue.

Had a great experiences with Elite Green Carpet Cleaning. The owner, Iyad, was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and my carpets and furniture look (and smell) brand new. I also really appreciated the use of green, eco-friendly products. Excellent service and customer care! Iyad and his team arrived early and did a walk through explaining the extraction and stain removal process. Our living room couch and wool rug needed a deep clean as well as our stairs (3-stories) and hallway runners. The before and after was extremely noticeable. Our son's wool nursery area rug and recliner were also cleaned due to vomit stains. While the recliner looks great, Iyad explained that he did the best he could in removing the raspberry/strawberry stains on the carpet but it would need additional attention. He offered to roll it up and take it to Melrose rug so they could continue to work on the red stains but one can barely notice. He didn't even charge us for the nursery work. Had spilled a gallon of sweetened ice tea on carpeted stairs and needed someone within a few days to do a deep steam clean. Called several other companies close by but got no responses after leaving voicemails. Kept looking based on reviews and found Green Elite late in afternoon. Iyad Wanis, the owner actually answered my call and got me scheduled for a couple of days later which was perfect. He arrived on time with a helper, both neatly dressed and reviewed the problem area plus another staircase with wool treads that showed years of white wine stains. He was able to get out the all the stains on both staircases. Had him also clean some bench pads that are Sunbrella but I wasn’t able to clean manually years of body sweat and salad dressing stains. We hired Green Elite for a commercial job. The carpets were in really bad shape. Years of use and heavily soiled. Green Elite was responsive and extremely easy to work with. When they were finished the carpets looked fantastic. I would definitely hire them again!
