Our furnace suddenly stopped working, and Green Energy was able to schedule a service visit for the very next morning. Byron arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He was also very friendly and professional throughout the visit. We really appreciated the prompt and reliable service. Highly recommended.

My heating system was partly down in the middle of winter. I called Green Energy for the first time and the receptionist kindly arranged a schedule for me right away. The electrician, Byron Ortega, detected the cause of the malfunction in a short time. I appreciate it he fixed it just before a severe winter storm approaches. I feel safe and secure now, of course warm as well. I strongly recommend Green Energy Mechanical!

Byron Ortega did an outstanding job. I called Green Energy in to give a second opinion on our boiler problem.He was here for 90 minutes and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it. Will continue to use this company......5 Stars!

Didn’t really understand the common Nest thermostats. Waited on the phone for help for over an hour which is ludicrous. I am frustrated and still have no heat. He gave no advice as to what I could do tonight when it’s so cold. Nice guy but not a fixer. Not happy so I hope tomorrow morning you will send someone who can fix my Trane. I am too old for another night and day without heat. If you can’t fix let me know to call someone else please.

Tom was the plumber that replaced my kitchen sink faucet. He was very professional and didn't waste any time. I am very happy with the work he did and would definitely use them again. Thanks 😊
