Ray came out urgently after my dad's basement flooded on new years day. He was sympathetic and professional and didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. He eased our minds at a stressful time and I really appreciated his friendliness and lack of upselling when we had enough to worry about. Green Genie is amazing! We had an unexpected leak / flood / mold situation and we contacted them on a Tuesday morning. By that afternoon, John was at the house inspecting everything. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and talking to him made us feel so much better about what was happening. We had a quote by Wednesday afternoon and the team started with us on Thursday morning. They were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and took care of the whole problem in one day. John even called that evening to check in. I cannot recommend them enough. Green Genie did an amazing job on my father's basement as well as power washing the house. John came to take a look right away and give an estimate. Ray contacted me shortly after to schedule the job. Austen, Eric, Q, Brandon and Drek came to do the work. They were all very professional, friendly, hard working and did an awesome job.
