Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, attention to detail and overall performance by the owner and crew. When they were done, you could barely tell that they installed 4 zones worth of sprinkler system in my yard. The cost was very competitive as well. Do not hesitate to use this company!

We used these guys for 4 years and every single year they claim our newly installed sprinkler heads (installed by THEM) are no longer working and need to be replaced. This year I asked for proof of the heads that were broken and they were unable to produce the broken heads. They claimed they replaced them and threw them out and they mysteriously disappeared? I was home the entire time and not once did they let me know of any broken heads (like I requested) ahead of them replacing any. I was just presented with a bill at the end of their service. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, the heads they claimed to have replaced, are actually not working and my flowers in that area died. Conveniently, they haven’t returned a single phone call. These guys are shady and completely unprofessional.

Avoid this company, I Have worked with them for 5 years for sprinkler needs/repairs and it appears that the quality has started subpar and only gone downhill since. Simple issues like requesting a winterization requires an appointment 3 weeks out. The worst part is that 3 years in a row they fail to remember that they had this appointment. To cover themselves, they don't actually book an appointment with you but rather state that they will call you from 9-10am the day of the appointment to let you know when and if they can make it out! But then of course you find yourself calling them at 11 wondering why you're taking a day off your job to wait on a company that doesn't even know you exist and no one ever answers so it’s only voicemail.
