Spent a good amount of time checking everything out, even called some other folks for advice to make sure he gave a solid price. It felt very fair, and Juan even offered me good suggestions for other services without being pushy – just genuinely trying to help out. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and offered good ideas for future projects . He gave me a very fair bid on the job so we shook hands and agreed on a start date .
