Excellence and confidence in their product at its utmost best. I was using a company I am ashamed to even mention for years and the results, well, there were none! It got worse and worse. Just never use tru green If you didn't know already... I met with an intelligent and kind woman named Brooke from Green Island. She came to my house before giving me a quote. Brooke and her staff had confidence my ruined lawn with huge bare spots would get better and would look good. She sold me two additional packages one for my plants and the other for fungus. She basically would not do the job without it bc you are basically half asss ing it and get true green results again. It is worth the money. I have a carpet lawn in a matter of a short few months. We have been using Green Island for 6 years and have been very pleased. We have had the same tech Mike which says a lot for the company. He is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about the lawn as well as our plants/trees. We had lost our lawn due to brown grass fungus when we hired them. Our neighbor told us our lawn looks like a golf course. They nursed it back to life and we could not be happier with them. We highly recommend Green Island. They will not disappoint

Update after my review below:- I initially left the below review based on my experience with the service. After posting, the company owner personally called me and used abusive language instead of addressing my concerns professionally. This behavior was unexpected and disappointing. My review reflects both the service and the follow-up interaction, which I believe is important for others to know. I called them since I was having issues with my current lawn maintenance company. Brooke arrived and she was there in my property for 15 mins, she went over all the problems I had in my lawn and how bad the previous company did with no solutions. Since Green Island has taken over our pest control, we have not seen anymore bugs in the house. And its been months. Their communication is fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone who needs their service. Great Job Folks!
