Green Lot 1

Never parking here again! We left on December 11th and came back on the 15th. Apparently they had a computer glitch on the 11th and our ticket wouldn't work. We waited for almost an hour for them to bring an employee over to manually take our ticket - charge us FULL price and didn't care. We were literally held hostage is this damn parking lot! Did they try to make it right - now. Horrible customer service. Woman that we "buzzed" through the screen hung up on us - twice. We were "bothering her". She was our only resource!This could have been solved quickly with an apology and a quick solution of having a driver or anybody just let us out. Empower your employees to be able to solve issues, not make them worse!I wasn't looking for free parking but I also wasn't expecting to wait an hour to

Was running late and Accidentally parked here and didn't have time to drive to the lot I usually park. When returned I forgot were I parked and the driver pretty much said it's not her problem and we have to get out. It was snowing and all the cars were covered in snow, so 30 min after walking the parking lot I found car and paid double what I usually pay for parking. Will not be using this lot ever again.

I wish I could give half star reviews because I would give a 3.5. Green lot at Metro Detroit airport is expensive compared to other lots in major cities across the US. $20 a day! The shuttle service is good and runs often. I've never had a long wait for a pickup.

Can’t say enough good things about this DTW parking lot. It’s reasonably priced- $17/day and I’ve never waited more than just a few minutes to be picked up from the parking lot and taken to the airport, just a short distance away. Staff if always friendly and I’ve always been able to find a spot in the lot. Finally, the lot feels safe, which is a huge bonus on late night returns.

We park here every time we fly and we have a great experience each time. Shuttles are always available within a matter of minutes and the drivers are very helpful. This last time our car would not start and supervisor/driver Martin helped us call a tow truck for a jump and let us and our kids sit in his shuttle to keep warm while we waited. It's worth the price to park here!
