I am so grateful for Tyler and crew - the wrong size chimney liner was installed by a different company the year before that rendered the wood-burning side of my combo furnace unusable. Tyler came out, did a full and thorough inspection complete with pictures, and was able to somehow fit me in his already booked schedule. The furnace has never run better or more efficiently. Tyler is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and a good human. Highly recommend!

We had Tyler take down and rebuild our chimney, install liners for both a wood stove and our furnace. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Tyler was very thoughtful and truly cared about his work. He made sure we were informed every step of the way and spent the time to explain the process especially when we were confused or unsure. Tyler and his brothers went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed - fixing our old wood stove at the very last minute even when it wasn’t his responsibility. They were careful to not damage our roof and worked under very challenging circumstances. I wish all contractors in Vermont were like them. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend Green Mountain chimney care LLC. They were very thorough, professional, clean, and really well informed. I loved seeing the camera viewing on their laptop of what was going on in the chimney, while they worked. We will definitely continue working with these 3 brothers for any future stove and or chimney needs.

Tyler was extremely accommodating in helping us to deal with a stressful situation. He could have easily told us to look elsewhere, but instead found the time. He followed up with emergency repairs and helped to alleviate the problem. We are happy to recommend him to anyone.
