The technician, Mike (Mikhal) and Tom were awesome. Very knowledgeable and capable of fixing my clogged dryer vent. As far as cost? We’ll see if it actually fixed my airflow problem. The exit vent is actually on my roof, so we’ll see But as far as their work I rate them five stars
