Green River Construction

I always suggest Green River Construction as one of the Home Inspection companies to call when they order an inspection for a home they are buying. I also use this company for my own homes that we have purchased. Steve and Taylor are thorough and very detailed. They give you a complete report with an understanding that many things are cosmetic and should be repaired in the future, but most importantly the bigger items that are in need of repair like Plumbing, Electric and Roof. Steve will answer my calls and questions. This is a Stellar company and very trustworthy.

We used Steve to inspect our new home. He was extremely thorough and did a much more detailed inspection than others we have had in the past. He offered great insight into some of the issues that showed up. We then hired him to build us a new closet in our new home. His team was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a good time frame. We are very pleased with the results and will choose Green River Construction for any future construction projects or home inspections. You won't be disappointed!

Steve is awesome!! We have had him do multiple home inspections for us on properties we were looking at purchasing. The most recent one he did really saved us. As soon as we started walking through the home Steve immediately noticed what he thought was foundation issues. Upon inspection of the crawl space his assumptions were confirmed, there was major foundation problems as well as mold issues. We are very grateful to have a trustworthy home inspector in our area. Green River Construction was incredible. We have a Dental office renovation project with an extremely short deadline and construction window. Green River pulled out all of the stops and made it happen. The office turned out beautiful. The team was terrific to work with and they were transparent during every step of the process.
