I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Green Space Home Improvement. The contractor collected payment upfront and then stopped responding to phone calls, text messages, and follow-up attempts. Communication was extremely poor, and I was left without any clear information regarding when or if the work would be completed. He offered and agreed to provide services that he ultimately did not have the proper tools or equipment to perform. Despite repeatedly stating throughout the day that he would be coming to complete the job, he never showed up. These claims were misleading and caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time and receiving no communication, I was forced to actively track him down in order to get my money refund

Lance was professional and explained thoroughly the things that would be done for the task of conversion of a bathroom into a storage closet. He stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish of the job. Sent me pictures of progress. The team double checked with me on shelving height and when they had any questions.
