Chuck Hoyt is a gem! He worked with us to get our roof replaced after Hurricane Milton. He was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. He worked with our schedule to find the perfect time to replace it! My husband and I both work from home, so that was very much appreciated! They handled our insurance company issues. My experience with GVR started from a cold call on my rental property. John was pleasant but not pushy. GVR worked with me to inspect the roof even though I was not local. Chuck Hoyt did the inspection and was professional, polite, and even commented that the roof was in really good shape. He sent me photos of the cracked tiles before and after they were repaired. I was honestly shocked because I expected to be taken advantage of. Although this job was a small repair job, I would 10/10 highly recommend GVR and Chuck Hoyt for all of your roofing needs! They did a great job and I will definitely call them again for my roofing needs. Thank you GVR!
