I cannot believe what just happened. I was calling Greenberg to get a part for my heater which they were supposed to order in and told me it would be there by today. So I was calling to get the part and the first time I called they did not answer. So I figured somebody was on the phone so I called back a woman answers and the first thing she says is we're closed. I said. I'm sorry I didn't know you were closed. It doesn't say online. I'm trying to get a part for my heater to get my family warm. She said yeah. Well the phone has been ringing more now than it has all day and I'm in here trying to do work. I'm the only one here. I don't work in parts. I'm doing paperwork. It's just kind of blew my mind the way that she came off to me when all I was trying to do is get a part for my heater fro

I called 5 days ago to see if they had a piece for my heater in stock. They looked it up and said they had the right piece and had one in stock. I drove over the bridge from south Jersey to get it, brought it home and started to install it when we realized it was no the correct piece. We immediately stopped and put it aside to return. The return policy is 5 days and 20% restocking fee. I drove back to Delaware (paying for gas and tolls again) to return it and they wouldn’t accept it. We trusted that they were selling us the correct piece, they did not, and even tho it was their mistake they will not let us do a return. The worst part of my job is going here. They are absolutely clueless in all respects. No matter how early we order, nothing is ever ready upon arrival. After waiting a really long time, some personality devoid life form will gradually materialize and take their time picking out your stuff. They will literally look at the paper and go grab one piece and then return to look at the paper again. Repeat several times. They lack the capacity to understand that it might expedite the process if they take the paper with them into the aisles. Every other time we get the wrong items and every time some stuff will be missing. The whole place is like the land that time forgot…

Amazing service, I recommend the shrimp and biscuits.
