Carl and the Greenbriar team did a fantastic job at my father's home! They fixed some drainage and erosion issues by lightly grading parts of the lot, installing new french drains with pop-ups, and building a beautiful river rock dry-creek. We've since had a good rain and everything is functioning perfectly, plus the dry creek is so pretty to watch. They also planted grass seed, rebuilt a large outdoor staircase, a small retaining wall, installed a mulch path, cleaned out multiple overgrown beds, installed pine straw, and trimmed and shaped the shrubbery. Carl came by to check on the newly seeded areas, which are coming in nicely. His employees are all super- hard working and either Carl or Shonda gave us a daily update while the work was being done. In the design meeting, Carl was attentive to our needs and created a solution that both solved the erosion problems, and beautified the site.
