I'm here to give a long term review. Greenbuilders did a complete gut renovation of our home in 2013 and to this day, our home is still a dream that has withstood the test of over a decade. The workmanship of Greenbuilders work is truly outstanding. Now that we need some minor touch ups from just expected wear and tear, we will absolutely use Greenbuilders. Also, Polly Bart of Greenbuilders is well known in Baltimore and highly respected by her peers and subcontractors. She is as ethical as they come and super reliable. I've said this many times, Polly is not your typical contractor in all the best ways.

What I most observe about Greenbuilders, Inc., and owner Polly Bart, PhD., is their wealth of knowledge. They come across as highly educated masters of their craft. They demand respect and speak of their field with such authority. As general contractors, green builders, and masters of green construction, one can not miss with at the very minimum getting a consultation with these folks. My goodness, it's FREE! That's crazy, but I'm not complaining!! Thank you, Greenbuilders, Inc.!
