Greene's Water Wells Inc

Water went out Wednesday evening called Greens (DJ pump) Thursday morning 730 am. They sent Jay out an he checked it an fixed it an explained to me what he was doing. This is about the 3 rd time he has came great guy knows what is going on. Nice to have water back on. First thing in the morning before 9 o'clock! We always an hope to continue using them!

I wish I could give them 1000000 stars!!! They did everything they said they would do. Jennifer was awesome to work with. The crew that came out and handled the labor were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, I could go on and on about Greene's Wells. We were extremely nervous about this process. Greene's made it easy for us. THANK YOU FROM MY FAMILY TO YOURS!!!!!

Totally disappointed with service. Had a serviceman come out to to trouble shoot well. Disconnected my well told me I needed an electrician to repair and left me with no water on a Friday at 4pm. Didn't even know it was Disconnected till I tried to come home later to take a shower. See photos. Unacceptable service.

It was not a good experience at all. The initial timetable for installation of my well was 3 months (which was long enough) and I patiently waited, but it ended up taking them 4.5 months and they weren't apologetic at all about all the time it took. It delayed us moving into our new house and caused us to be in a bind. They displayed extremely poor communication throughout the entire process. No details were provided to me about the water lins/connections to the house, and I had to ask the tech onsite to explain what was needed and have that added to the original quote. After the well was drilled they did not connect the power and I found out that I had to hire my own electrician (which would have been fine if they explained this beforehand but not knowing this added another week to the

They responded to my call almost immediately. Dealing with office staff was great with no issues at all. They were on site less than an hour after I called and performed well with the replacement of a well tank and pump. Their prices were not overpriced. The crew had water provided back to my tenants quickly and left no mess behind. Thank you for a job well done.
