worst place to pick up load. They call me telling me that the delivery is at 3:30. I arrived at the office at 12. They told me it would be ready at 5:00. I came back at 4:15. They let me wait for another one that was loading. After 2:34 I finished the other one. I left at 10:34. They say they have the order when they are just making it. It seems that each sack they finish comes to leave it in a trailer.

Worst place to P/U they tell you one thing next thing you sit there for 5 to 8 hrs to get loaded

My property had Green Fiber as a company we worked with to recycle for our residents. Green Fiber took the dumpster away without warning. When we asked them they responded by saying that we didn't recycle enough for them to give us a portion. We said they could keep the money and all we wanted to do was recycle. They returned a dumpster to us for about a month and then once again removed it without warning. We contacted them again and made an appointment to sit down with someone and try and work something out. When the time came no one showed or called. We sent an email trying to see if we could reschedule, and have received no response. I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism and response to us. Just be forewarned if you are looking into getting into business with them.

The driver that picks up for Centerville Jr. High is a complete... He was asked not to come before 7 because he was waking up the children in the townhomes next to the school. So now he comes at 4 AM and pounds the bin against his truck multiple times. There are 3 bins at the school and so you can imagine how long this noise lasts. I wouldn't recommend this company if it were the very last recycling service on earth. I had to give them one star because it wouldn't let me post other wise.

Horrible company to work with, they don't want your cardboard unless you can fill it to the brim weekly! They take can away and are extremely rude about the whole situation!
