I called this company when my mother died, to clean her apartment. Granted, my mother had been sick for quite a while, and the apartment needed a lot of cleaning, but Thomas came, and seemed very nice. I explained our situation, that my mother had just died and we wanted to have the apartment done this week so we could be done by the end of the month. He quoted me a price and said he’d be able to come on Thursday. Then I got an email saying they’d gotten behind and wouldn’t be able to come until Friday. I sent an email and left two voicemail messages asking him to let me know when they’d be able to come, and he just never responded. I had to ask my friends to help me clean the apartment.
