Greenix Pest Control

Unfortunately my experience was this company is WAY too expensive for what I received. They hold you to a 1 year contract, I asked if they would work with me on this and the answer was absolutely not. The plan I signed up for, although very expensive, still did not cover mice. I will not be returning to Greenix for any of my rental properties.

Great service, communication and results! Highly recommend

I’ve been a customer for just over a year. The first year I had the service it worked great and I had no problems. This year the service has not been very effective and I have been seeing bugs and other pests in my home frequently. I’ve asked for more than one retreat and the first time they came out just fine. This will be the third attempt and they were supposed to come out yesterday and didn’t. You also cannot get in touch with a local office, as all calls are answered by a call service that has 0 customer service in mind. I’m very disappointed by the fall off in service and all I can do is write a review and hope someone will reach out to make things right.

These guys are terrific. They notify me when they are on their way and leave behind great info on what they did and they go above and beyond. On my last visit Johnny noticed an air conditioner hose that was loose and could possibly allow vermin in my house. He arranged to fix it and put down extra stuff so no visitors can get in. Service is convenient and very pleasant, I highly recommend them.

My service provider was an absolute gentleman and extremely thorough.
