So happy with Greenix! From the first call with Landon getting signed up, I have been impressed. I run a business and always judge customer service. Landon was thorough on products and got me signed up for what needed. Thomas was our tech today, and was great! He communicated well when he would be here. He was very professional and kind. He went over what I had signed up for and what additional needs we had. If you’re looking at signing up, you won’t be disappointed!

Chris always does a phenomenal job but this time he went above and beyond. He is very thorough in the services provided, informative, polite, and always happy to answer my fifty questions. Thanks for all you do Chris!

Do not sign up with Greenex. They overcharge and have a $300 cancellation fee after they sneakily put you into a new year contract after yours is finished. They are purposefully misleading with their prices and services. I would not recommend.

Thanks for Gavin he did a awesome job he tell us what the problem about our end and I like that so we know what we gonna do. So I gave him 5 star if they have 10 star I can rate him that… thank you Gavin.. for the service

Extremely shady sales and business tactics. They are very pushy to get you to sign a contract while you are on the phone with them. All of this without explaining that you will be charged $100 to “hold” your appointment. This is BEFORE any services are rendered, and will be on top of whatever they are going to charge you to complete the service. This was explained to her as a “trial run”, using that is absolutely not the correct way to explain what happened here. When I called back on behalf of my mom, I was told that you only can cancel 3 business days after your first service is completed. I do not understand the practices of this company, extremely shady.
