We spoke to both Aica and Gessie today on the phone. They both answered our questions and they were both very helpful and friendly. Robert was our service man and he was efficient and very polite also.

Ray is great and does a great job! It took a while for me to get them to come back that's the one star. at one point but after texting and an email we were able to get an appointment. They come early and you get a text before they arrive. This is the second time they came and they do a great job!

Austin was wonderful. He was thorough and explained everything. We feel a lot better now that the home was inspected. The Service is affordable and reliable. Glad we called them.

Greenix is a terrible company that fails to provide effective service. From the outset, their service has been inconsistent and unprofessional. Technicians arrive without prior notice and wear no identifiable company attire, which raises both security and accountability concerns. More importantly, despite multiple visits, they have failed to provide effective control of stinging insects on my property. My spouse has a documented anaphylactic allergy to bees, and we relied on Greenix’s assurances that their service would mitigate that risk. It has not. Meanwhile the stinging insects I hired them to control are still very much present. We have had a bug problem for a little while and when I finally called greenix the man was so nice and made this process comfortable. The gentleman that actually came to the house was super nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend greenix
